Editorial policy for image
submissions
At present Rottentothecore.co.uk has a selective editorial policy for its gallery,
meaning that we might not publish all of the material that we receive. We may
notify you if we are interested in your work (or not). Unfortunately we cannot currently offer individual
feedback as to why submissions are not accepted for publication. In
submitting material you hereby agree to abide by the decision of the site admin. Please do not submit
material that contains unauthorized samples of copyright protected material.
In submitting material to Rottentothecore.co.uk you agree to the following terms and
conditions concerning the 'ownership' of submitted material: The Author assumes absolute
responsibility for obtaining permission for use of other authors' images (fixed
or moving) (or parts thereof), and/or texts (or parts thereof), and/or sound
recordings (or parts thereof), and/or other creators' works (or parts thereof)
where necessary and notifying and obtaining any necessary permission from any
person(s) involved in the dissemination, and/or broadcast, and/or performance,
and/or recording of the work(s) The Author hereby indemnifies
Rottentothecore.co.uk from any and all action or damages resulting from her/his failure
to obtain such permissions or from any challenge to her/his claim to ownership
of submitted work(s) and indemnifies Rottentothecore.co.uk for any and all costs incurred
in any action brought against the work(s), in terms of presentation and/or
production
Should a site user come across any material that they believe violates copyright
law, they should report it to Rottentothecore.co.uk immediately
Rottentothecore.co.uk will not knowingly publish material that contains
unauthorized samples of copyright protected material.

Agreement & Terms and Conditions of Service
By submitting material to the
Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery and/or browsing the content of the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery you
confirm that you understand and agree to the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery Submission and
Publication Agreement and all of the Terms and Conditions of Service set out
below.
Rottentothecore.co.uk reserves the right to change the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery Submission
and Publication Agreement and/or the Terms and Conditions of Service at any
time, such changes will be made available on the website and news of these
changes will be announced on the Rottentothecore.co.uk home page and via the Rottentothecore.co.uk
news feed.
Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery Submission and Publication Agreement
The following, when accepted by the Author and Rottentothecore.co.uk shall be a binding
contract. Please read this Agreement carefully. By accepting the Rottentothecore.co.uk
Gallery Submission and Publication Agreement you will become a party to, and
will be bound by this Agreement. Authors confirm acceptance of the Rottentothecore.co.uk
Gallery Submission and Publication Agreement by submitting their work through
whatever means to the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery. The effective date of this Agreement
is the date on which the Author's content is made available on the Rottentothecore.co.uk
Gallery site. And/or when the Author made any other formal agreement with Elipse
Media Gallery concerning the publication of her/his Licensed Content and/or
Licensed Marks.
Agreement between the owner, or the authorized representative of the owner
of the copyright of the work(s) submitted for publication in the Rottentothecore.co.uk
Gallery ("the Author") and Rottentothecore.co.uk ("Rottentothecore.co.uk") for the non-commercial
release and digital distribution of images (fixed and moving), sound and musical
recording(s), artwork, names, likeness, logos, associated marks, texts, and
biographies.
Authors understand that all Licensed Content and associated Licensed Marks submitted to the Rottentothecore.co.uk
Gallery may be released into the public domain as part of the Rottentothecore.co.uk
Gallery site; and will be accessible to all Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery users, for
no cost (i.e. free). Until such time as the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery becomes a
commercial service; at which time this agreement will become void and new
commercial distribution terms will be negotiated with those Authors whose work
will continue to be published on the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery site.
Rights granted by the Author to Rottentothecore.co.uk for the non-commercial release and digital distribution of Licensed
Content and Licensed Marks
To reproduce, digitise, encode or otherwise format images delivered by the Author or on the Author's behalf to
Rottentothecore.co.uk ("Licensed Content")
To electronically and digitally distribute Licensed Content through the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery service, worldwide
and in perpetuity or until such time as the Licensed Content and/or Licensed
Marks are removed from the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery site by the Author or Elipse
Media
To display artwork, names, likeness, logos, associated marks, texts, and biographies of the Author, as
supplied by the Author or on the Author's behalf ("Licensed Marks") through the
Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery service, worldwide and in perpetuity or until such time as
the Licensed Content and/or Licensed Marks are removed from the Rottentothecore.co.uk
Gallery site by the Author or Rottentothecore.co.uk
The Author acknowledges that
s/he relinquishes any claim to any form of remuneration from Rottentothecore.co.uk for
Licensed Content and/or Licensed Marks for which it has been agreed to publish
through the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery service on a non-commercial basis.
Unless or until such time as a commercial license agreement has been established
between the Author(s) and Rottentothecore.co.uk
Exclusivity of license
Non-Exclusive. All rights of
ownership of Licensed Content and Licensed Marks published on the Rottentothecore.co.uk
Gallery site remain with the Author of the Licensed Content and Licensed Marks.
Unless or until such time as a different license agreement is/has been agreed
between the Author and Rottentothecore.co.uk
Indemnity clause
Rottentothecore.co.uk will not

Terms and Conditions of Service
Rottentothecore.co.uk will not publish material that it feels:
Is libelous, defamatory, vulgar
or obscene, pornographic, sexually offensive or explicit, harmful or harassing,
threatening, hateful, racially, culturally, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable or offensive, discriminatory or abusive;
violates any law or regulation
or the rights of others;
causes duress, distress or
discomfort to another or is likely to deter or discourage others from using the
Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery Service.
Rottentothecore.co.uk reserves the right to remove material from the website that it
feels contravenes any of the Terms and Conditions of Service. Rottentothecore.co.uk also
reserves the right to remove access rights to the site for users whom it feels
have contravened the Terms and Conditions of Service.
Site Users should immediately
report any material, postings and/or behaviors that they feel contravene the
Terms and Conditions of Service. To do so, please contact us
Minors
Our policy is to request that "Minors" (the age of Minors is determined by
local law where you reside) do not engage with the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery site
and/or services without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are a Minor: you MUST have your parents or legal guardian review

If you are a parent or guardian

Parents/Guardians
it's up to you to keep an eye on
your Minor's use of the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery. Rottentothecore.co.uk is not responsible
for monitoring or filtering its content, some of which may not be appropriate
for Minors. Accordingly parents or guardians shall be solely responsible for
filtering and/or monitoring their Minor's use of the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery site
and/or Services.
Media Storage
The amount of media storage per registered user may be limited on a user by
user basis at the sole discretion of Rottentothecore.co.uk.
Site Users
Users of the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery service will not distribute, transmit,
communicate, link to, publish or access any data, information or material
through, using or in connection with the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery Service, that:
is libelous, defamatory, vulgar or obscene, pornographic, sexually offensive
or explicit, harmful or harassing, threatening, hateful, racially, culturally,

Users of the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery service agree NOT to
Record, copy, perform, re-broadcast, share or engage in any other form of
redistribution of images, audio and associated artwork, names, likeness, logos,
marks, texts, and biographies of the Author from the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery site
(other than sharing the url link to specific pages on the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery
site) without the permission of the copyright owner.
defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights (such
as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
use other Users' personal data for purposes other than establishing contact
that is reasonably expected to be welcomed by such other Users;
submit Materials that are unlawful or promote or encourage illegal activity or
that would violate the property rights of others;
post reviews and/or comments on material that are unfairly critical, mean
spirited, offensive, and/or hurtful. Where criticisms of material are raised,
these must be presented in a constructive manner;
transmit, email or post any material that contains in any form software
viruses or such programs as including but not limited to, Trojan horses, worms,
time bombs, cancel-bots, computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt,
destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or
telecommunications equipment;
use the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery Service in any unlawful manner or in any other
manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery
website;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery Service, other
accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery
Service;
disseminate content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret,
copyright, rights of privacy or publicity, or other proprietary right of any
party or infringes any intellectual property law or any other applicable law;
disseminate any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional
materials, 'junk mail', 'spam', 'chain letters', 'pyramid schemes', or any other
form of such solicitation;
interfere with another User's use and enjoyment of the Rottentothecore.co.uk Gallery

harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of Users,

other means.
It is agreed that the webmaster,
administrator and moderators of Rottentothecore.co.uk have the right to remove or edit
any content at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any
information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this
information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the
webmaster and administrator cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt
that may lead to the data being compromised.
